The UnderCover Armor Flex distinguishes itself from similar hard-folding tonneau covers with a matte-black Line-X coating, which protects the aluminum panels from dents, scratches, and harsh UV rays. To protect your gear from rain, snow, and other elements, the Armor Flex is equipped with EPDM rubber seals and hinges. This weather-resistant material repels water and keeps your cargo dry. Further water protection is provided by channels built into the tonneau cover rails, which channel water into drain tubes and out of your bed.

Installing the UnderCover Armor Flex is easy: just use a wrench and socket to bolt the rail clamps to your bed. Once installed, the cover can be opened all the way up to your bulkhead and held in place by support struts for full access to your truck bed. You can safely drive your truck with the cover in this position.

While many tonneau covers require you to shut the tailgate and the cover in that order for maximum weather protection, the Armor Flex uses a dual-action tailgate seal, which allows the cover to be shut regardless of the tailgate's position. Slam latches located on either side of the bed automatically lock the cover in place when shut. When you need to open the cover, just pull the string latch located on either side of the bed.
